1. Information We Collect
When you use ClyraWeb (app.clyraweb.in), we collect the following categories of information:
- Account Details: Your name, email address, and profile photo provided via authentication providers (Google Sign-In or Supabase Auth).
- Project & Code Data: Prompts, project configurations, source code, and design specifications generated in your workspaces.
- Payment & Billing Details: Transaction records, subscription tiers, and payment IDs. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on our servers; payments are tokenized and processed securely by Razorpay.
- Technical Telemetry: Anonymized build metrics, diagnostic error codes, and server execution logs required to operate our micro-VM sandboxes.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information solely to:
- Provision and operate your isolated micro-VM build sandboxes.
- Synthesize code from your requirements and run live dev preview servers.
- Manage your subscriptions, invoice payments, and verify transaction receipts.
- Ensure server security, prevent abuse, and enforce sandbox boundary isolation.
3. Code Confidentiality & Model Training
We never use your proprietary prompts, source code, database contents, or exported project archives to train public foundational AI models.
Your source code and project data remain isolated within your dedicated tenant container and database schema.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
To deliver high-availability cloud infrastructure, we partner with trusted, industry-standard service providers:
- Razorpay: Secure payment processing and compliance under PCI-DSS standards.
- Supabase / PostgreSQL: Secure database storage with Row-Level Security (RLS) and encrypted backups.
- E2B Sandboxes: Secure, isolated Linux micro-VM execution environments for live Next.js compilation.
5. Data Security & Encryption
All traffic between your browser and our platform is encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Database credentials, API secrets, and server keys are protected using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest.
6. Your Data Rights & Deletion
You have the right to export your code at any time via ZIP export or GitHub repository sync. You may also request deletion of your account and associated project records by emailing info@clyraweb.in.
