1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClyraWeb (app.clyraweb.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and its associated developer tools.

2. Service Description

ClyraWeb is an AI-powered application builder and vibe coding platform that translates natural language prompts and technical requirements into full-stack web applications, featuring micro-VM sandboxes, database provisioning, visual editors, code exports, and deployment automation.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

To access platform features, you may be required to register using verified authentication providers (such as Google or Supabase Authentication). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens, and for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and intellectual property in all code, assets, and applications generated through ClyraWeb.

We claim no ownership over your generated software. You are completely free to deploy, export, publish, modify, monetize, or distribute your applications under any license of your choosing without any royalty or vendor lock-in.

5. Billing, Credits & Payments

Certain features (such as priority AI model tokens, persistent PostgreSQL databases, custom domains, and compute sandboxes) may require subscription plans or credit top-ups.

Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways including Razorpay.
Charges are transparently denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) or equivalent local currencies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

6. Prohibited Activities & Security

You agree not to use ClyraWeb sandboxes or AI models for:

Malicious activities, malware generation, phishing, or port scanning.
Attempting to bypass sandbox isolation boundaries or access other tenant data.
Violating any local, national, or international law or regulation.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ClyraWeb services and AI-generated outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our platform enforces automated static analysis, security filters, and compilation healing, you are responsible for testing and validating any code before deploying to mission-critical or high-risk production environments.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
